four steps to email marketing success

We want to make your e-marketing experience stress free. So, we use four steps to take the effort out of online communication.

Design
We consult with you to design attractive, professional templates that complement your existing website, incorporating your logo, fonts and other branding requirements. If you're starting from scratch, we can help you mould a brand that reflects you and your company's values.

Manage
We set up your database and automate the subscription process including the management of new subscribers, unsubscribes and bounced emails. We can also set up auto responders for new subscriptions.
We can also set up split and test campaigns so you can compare two approaches to learn which is most effective for you.

Deliver
We test your campaign on all the major operating systems and email reading programmes, including the most popular online providers - Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail. Once your campaign is tested and ready to go, we send it to your entire database on the date (and time) you select. Replies will be sent to your designated return address. We do all the work but it looks like it came directly from you!

Report
Every campaign is followed up with a report including statistical analysis of how your campaign was received. This can help you determine the most effective type of campaign for your company.
